For the ultrasonic spray coating system, we can provide lab trial services. We have several R&D and testing laboratories such as coating laboratories, powder preparation laboratories, ultrasonic comprehensive laboratories, testing and analysis laboratories, which can conduct ultrasonic coating service, powder preparation service, ultrasonic processing service, sample detection and analysis service, etc.

Siansonic has strong R&D capability and is willing to assist customers for developing new products. Combined the ultrasonic technology with customer’s application, we will provide comprehensive solution for the end user.

The solution includes but not limited to piezoelectric ceramic materials, ultrasonic transducer design and packaging, ultrasonic drive circuit design, etc.

Siansonic will firstly understand your request and evaluate if we could take the project or not. The evaluation is from technical request, product cost expectation, market prospect, estimated annual usage aspects. If the project is accepted, Siansonic will offer a quotation to our customer regarding the R&D service cost. If the cooperation is for the following customized product purchase, then we will offer the quotation of the sample and MOQ to our customers.
