The ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle is a specific ultrasonic spray nozzle for ultrasonic spray pyrolysis ultrafine powder production. It adopts the principle of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology. The ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle could uniformly atomize the precursor solution or suspension solution and spray it into the tube furnace for high-temperature thermal decomposition to produce ultra-fine powder, which is the key atomizing device in the spray thermal decomposition (also known as spray pyrolysis) system. The ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle has a unique flange design to interface with various standard tube furnaces. In addition, the nozzle has a forced cooling design to accommodate higher environment temperatures. The embedded temperature sensor can be used in real time monitoring the operating temperature of the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle.
