A complete ultrasonic spray platform which is easily to integrate into the existed equipment. It includes an ultrasonic spray nozzle, an ultrasonic generator, all liquid delivery pump options, air control etc.. It is also suitable for customers to make further development of their own spray systems.

  • Ultrasonic spray system includes patented ultrasonic spray nozzle, ultrasonic generator,constant liquid delivery system and air control. It is suitable for nano thinfilm coating, spray pyrolysis, spray drying, etc..

  • High efficiency spray, the material usage ratio > 95%.

  • Patentedfull digital ultrasonic generator, 4 CPUs provide high stable operation ofnozzle.

  • Touchscreen control.

  • Constant syringe pump provides constant liquid delivery.

  • Compatible with all series of Siansonic® ultrasonic nozzle. Various of spray width from1mm to 100mm, and flow rate 0.001ml/min-50ml/min.

  • Air pressure control.

  • XYZ motion system which is used for nano spray coating is optional. (optional)

  • Patent ultrasonic dispersion liquid delivery technology canprovide nano particles dispersion during liquid devliery.(optional)

  • All series of Siansonic® ultrasonic nozzles: Focusmist, Conemist, Nanomist, HZ and HC series, etc..
