The term "spraying process" usually refers to surface coating processes, which involve applying coatings on the outer surfaces of substrates. For instance, conventional ultrasonic spraying typically involves the coating of flat or curved external surfaces. The C series penetrator ultrasonic atomizer spray nozzle is an extended ultrasonic atomizer spray nozzle, however, offers a solution specifically for internal wall coating requirements.

Using ultrasonic spraying technology, the penetrator ultrasonic atomizer spray nozzle features an extended front end of the spray head, allowing it to reach into narrow spaces for spraying, particularly inside pipe walls. One typical application is the spraying of vacuum blood collection tubes. These tubes are classified by the type of additive used and are distinguished by different cap colors. This includes regular serum tubes, rapid serum tubes, inert separation gel coagulation tubes, heparin anticoagulation tubes, plasma separation tubes, EDTA anticoagulation tubes, sodium citrate coagulation test tubes, sodium citrate erythrocyte sedimentation test tubes, and potassium oxalate/sodium fluoride tubes, which are used in various serological tests. During the production of blood collection tubes, to ultimately separate high-quality serum samples, it is essential to siliconize the inner walls of the tubes, regardless of the type of additive used. This prevents blood cells from adhering to the walls. Applying a uniform layer of suitable silicone oil using an ultrasonic atomizer spray nozzle on the inner walls of the blood collection tubes is an excellent choice.
Siansonic Technology provides a complete ultrasonic spray coating solution for vacuum blood collection tubes. The ultrasonic atomizer spray nozzle, combined with a specialized precision metering pump, allows for precise control of the spray amount. Additionally, the penetrator ultrasonic atomizer spray nozzle can operate with 5-10 spray heads in parallel, with a spacing of only 25mm between each head, making it directly applicable to vacuum blood collection tube production lines.
