The typical applications are coating processes for inner walls of blood collection tube and syringe. Siansonic provides a complete ultrasonic spray coating solution for blood collection tubes. The Penetrator ultrasonic atomization nozzle can be 5-10 heads in parallel. The distance between two nozzles is only 25mm, which can be directly used in the existing blood collection tube production line. Combine with the special precision metering pump, the anticoagulant can be evenly sprayed into the inner wall of the blood collection tube, which can achieve a production rate of up to 12,000 pieces/hour.
