Uniform Functional Coating Layers on Silicon Solar Cells
Siansonic ultrasonic spray coating systems provide the low cost solutions for manufacturing of solar cells. One of typical examples is deposition of AR anti-reflection thin film coating onto solar cell glass panel. Siansonic ultrasonic nozzles evenly deposit nano coatings improving the glass transmissivity, such as TiO2 and SiO2. Another typical application is hydrophilic and hydrophobic coatings on solar panel glass. Compared to the traditional air spray coating, ultrasonic spray coating has advantages of better controllable, higher uniformity, non-clogging, significant reduction consumption of raw materials. In addition, the cost of ultrasonic coating systems is much lower than CVD and sputtering equipment. It can dramatically reduce the initial investment on facilities, especially for large area coatings.
Ultrasonic coating systems also give excellence performance on the selective soldering flux coating on solar panels. Soft and precise spray of ultrasonic nozzles deposit onto targeted areas with little overspray.
Siansonic benchtop ultrasonic coating systems UC320, UC330, UC340, industrial ultrasonic coating systems UC360c and automatic ultrasonic coating systems PL360, PL600 equipped with various ultrasonic nozzles provide thin film coating solutions for solar cells from R&D to volume production. For large area coatings, Siansonic ultrasonic nozzle array can theoretically coat the substrate with any width. For example, an array of 30 Widemist ultrasonic spray nozzles can coat a glass panel up to 3-4 meters in width.
