Benchtop Ultrasonic Spray Coating System
Benchtop ultrasonic spray system series (UC320, UC330) are ultrasonic precision spray coaters for research and development, they include XYZ servo motion systems, liquid delivery pumps and heating plate with optional vacuums. By using patented ultrasonic spray coating technology, it can make highly uniform nano-scale thin film coatings, such as fuel cell, solar cell, glass coating, TCO, electronics, etc.
Benchtop ultrasonic spray coating system includes XYZ motion system, patented ultrasonic spray nozzle, ultrasonic generator,syringe pump, gas regulator, heating plate etc.. It is quite suitable for R&D purpose on nano thin film coating e.g. thin film solar cell, fuel cell, glass coating etc..

Patented full digital ultrasonic generator, 4 CPUs provide high stable operation of nozzle.
Laboratory syringe pump provides precision liquid delivery.
Compatible with all series of Siansonic® ultrasonic nozzle. Various of spray width from1mm to 100mm, and flow rate 0.001ml/min-50ml/min.

High temperature heating plate: max. 500°C for spray pyrolysis purpose e.g. thin film solar cell.(optional)
