Nano Particle Generators

The Nano particle generator is a ultrasonic fine particle atomizing device, of which the minimum particle could be atomized less than 1 micron. It adopts the principle of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology. The Nano particle generator could uniformly atomize the precursor solution or suspension solution and spray it into the tube furnace for high-temperature thermal decomposition to produce ultra-fine powder, thus this is the key atomizing device  in the spray thermal decomposition (also known as spray pyrolysis) system. The Nano particle generator can be equipped with various flange joints; docked with various standard tube furnaces. As it is high corrosion resistance, it can be adapted to various acids, bases and organic solvents such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetone, tetrahydrofuran and etc. The Nano particle generator is mainly used in the R&D, pilot test and industrial grade spray pyrolysis system for ultrafine powder production.
